William Asiko
Chief Operating Officer

William Asiko joined ICF in April 2013 as the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to ICF, William was the President of The Coca-Cola Africa Foundation and Director of Public Affairs and Communications for Coca-Cola Africa from 2007 to 2013 based in Johannesburg, South Africa. His career with The Coca-Cola Company spanned almost 20 years where he held various positions of increasing responsibility in a number of countries including the United States, Morocco and the United Kingdom.

William has served on the boards of The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Egypt and The Equatorial Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Barcelona, Spain, The Coca-Cola Juice Company of Kenya, and currently serves on the boards of the Africa Leadership Academy in South Africa, The Discovery Channel Global Education Partnership in Washington DC and the Africa America Institute in New York.

Thecla M Magashi
Financial Controller

Thecla Magashi joined ICF in January 2012 as the Financial Controller of ICF where she has been responsible for developing systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of the Trust’s finances, as well as the implementation of control systems to monitor the financial systems, flow of funds, and adherence to budgets and cost minimization. Thecla has 20 years of work experience in the field of finance. Prior to ICF, she worked at Britam Insurance Company (formerly REAL Insurance) as head of finance for 8 years. She has worked in other industries including Manufacturing, Not for Profit Organization and Donor funded projects. Thecla holds a CPA (T) (2003) and MBA (2013) from Eastern and Southern African Management Institute.

Yosabeth Zewde Weldemedhin
Impact Assessment Manager

Yosabeth Weldemedhin has worked for organizations such as the African Development Bank, World Bank, IFAD and development consulting firms. Her area of expertise is development results measurement and evaluations for projects in various sectors including infrastructure, private sector development, health and education. She joined ICF as Impact Assessment Manager in 2015 where she has been responsible for conducting and managing over 20 project evaluations in contract enforcement, property rights, taxation and customs as well as business registration and licensing, among others.

Eunice M Urio
Communications Manager

Eunice Urio is a communications professional with 14 years of experience. She has worked primarily in the development field with organizations like the UK Department for International Development and World Vision. She joined ICF in May 2012 as the Communications Manager where she has been responsible for communicating the work of the US$150m ICF Trust and the impact of its 73 business reform projects across Africa.

Rose Tairo
Finance Manager

Rose Tairo is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 10 years of experience working in International and local organizations. She has worked for various organizations in the health, education and development fields, gaining expertise in budgeting and budget monitoring, treasury management, payroll management, accounting and reporting, project financial management and financial auditing. She Joined ICF in 2009 as an Accountant and grew to become the Finance Manager responsible for financial management and reporting. Prior to ICF, Rose worked at Care International Tanzania.

Agnes Maximillan Mbowe
Office Administrative Manager

Agnes Mbowe is a highly skilled Tanzanian with experience in office administration and HR functions acquired during the twenty years of her professional career. She has worked at various administrative capacities for organizations such as Vodacom Tanzania, Tanzania International Container Terminal and Kibo Breweries Limited. She joined ICF as the Office Manager in 2009 and was later promoted to the position of Office Administrative Manager where she worked at a managerial level directly with the Board of Trustees as well as other senior stakeholders.

Regan Bernard
Projects Accountant

Regan Bernard joined ICF in January 2015 as a Projects Accountant, the position he served until September 2016 working on overall projects accounting and financial monitoring reviews. Prior to ICF, he was an Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers Tanzania from 2009 to 2014. He performed detailed audit testing and documenting systems of controls for a number of audit engagements for clients in various sectors. Regan holds a bachelor of commerce degree (B.com) in Corporate Finance (Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam (2009), is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) (2016) and a member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). He is currently pursuing Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Dar es Salaam Business School (2016) and is also a student at the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), UK.
